When I think of the way Dave and his team at Willis Constructions performed on our Job, these are the characteristics that stood out for me. We had an ageing and frankly dangerous situation around our rear deck area. Dave drove all re – design, removal and construction of the area for us. He took the time to personally understand what we were looking for, used his experience to suggest design and materials which gave us choice from which solid decisions could be made. Through the removal and construction phases Dave and his team were able to easily choreograph their deliveries including sub contractors to ensure very little down time.
Throughout the program of work Dave kept us up to date weekly on how we were tracking to estimates including itemised invoices covering specific materials and labour.
The finished product was reflective of the companies drive for perfection which was strongly supportive of his reputation.
